Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 09bb platform and all its associated services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

09bb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform means you have accepted the revised Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.

These Terms apply to all Bangladeshi citizens and all users located in Bangladesh. Users from other legal jurisdictions should verify the laws of their own country before using the platform.

Section 1: Eligibility & Age Requirements

Age and Identity Verification

To use the 09bb platform, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details when creating an account.
If required, 09bb may verify your identity through a national ID, driving licence, or passport.
Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Each individual may hold only one account.

Section 2: Account Management

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 09bb support team immediately.
Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent closure of all accounts.
If an account remains inactive for an extended period, 09bb may temporarily deactivate it.

Account Closure and Suspension

09bb may close or suspend any account without notice for the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms.
Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software.
Abusing bonuses, whether personally or through other users.

Section 3: Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

Deposits on the 09bb platform are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits must come from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
Deposits through third parties are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
If incorrect details are entered during a deposit, the transaction may be delayed; contact support in that case.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
In cases of suspicious activity, 09bb may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold.
If additional information is requested during a withdrawal, it must be provided promptly, otherwise the process may be delayed.

Section 4: Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳31,000.

No betting may be placed before the first deposit in order to qualify for the bonus.
The bonus is available only once per person, on a single account.
Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device will result in cancellation.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. This wagering requirement is 10x.

The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit; if not met within that limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
Not all games may count towards wagering — contact support for details.
Bonus balance and real money are calculated separately.

General Bonus Terms

09bb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
To participate in promotional offers, your account must be active and verified.
VIP members have access to separate cashback rewards and benefits, governed by the terms of the VIP programme.

Section 5: Gaming Code of Conduct

Fair Play Policy

All games on the 09bb platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse is strictly prohibited.

Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games is prohibited.
Using any technical flaw to influence game outcomes will result in cancellation of the relevant winnings.
If a game is disrupted due to a technical issue, the decision of 09bb is final.
Colluding with other users to control game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Technical Issues and Disputes

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 09bb reserves the right to correct it. In such situations, the user may be compensated where applicable.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

The 09bb VIP programme has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

09bb will not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events.
